- Can I use an image as the watermark?
No, text only. You set the wording, size, colour, opacity and one of six positions, plus a diagonal option that rotates the text 45 degrees.
- Can the watermark be removed?
It is drawn into the page content, so there is no layer to switch off. Someone determined can still edit it out in a PDF editor, which is true of every visible watermark.
- Is it applied to every page?
Yes, all pages get the same watermark.
- Do my files get uploaded anywhere?
No. This tool runs inside your browser tab. The file is read from disk locally and the result is written back locally, so there is nothing on our side to store or delete.
- How many files can I process per day?
8 per day without an account, 20 when you are signed in. The counter resets at 00:00 UTC.
